Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. At this time, international shipping is not available.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your shipment is dispatched.

Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

 

Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

  • Flat shipping rate: $4.99 for orders under $50
  • Free shipping: Orders of $50 or more

Estimated delivery time after processing: 7–12 business days (shipments occur Monday to Friday).

 

Total Estimated Delivery Time

  • 8–15 business days (including processing and transit time).

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations and seasonal demand.

Orders are processed and shipped through this fulfillment network, with tracking provided for every shipment and delivery timelines clearly communicated at checkout.

 

Holiday Shipping Notice

During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high carrier volume, delivery times may be slightly extended.

 

Shipping Taxes

Shipping fees and any applicable taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The final price displayed before purchase reflects the total order cost.

 

Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members
  • Contacting your local carrier or post office for additional details
  • Verifying your delivery address
