Shipping policy

Utensil Lab team is grateful that you chose our store for your shopping! We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you safely. Below you will find all the information regarding our shipping process, costs, and policies.


Shipping Coverage:

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days Monday to Friday (orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day).

 

  • Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once the shipment is on its way.

 

  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (PST) Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.

 

Shipping Costs & Delivery Time:

  • Shipping cost: $4.99 flat rate for orders under $50. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.

 

  • Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 7-12 business days after processing (shipments occur Monday to Friday).

 

Total Delivery Time:

  • 8–15 business days (including order processing and shipping).

 

Holiday Shipping Notice:

During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased carrier volume.

 

Shipping Taxes:

All shipping fees and applicable taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The final price you see before placing your order reflects the total cost of your purchase.


Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received:

If your order appears as "Delivered" in the tracking information, but it hasn't physically reached you yet, here are our recommendations:

  • Check with your local carrier or delivery service to confirm that the package isn't being held or delivered to a different location (such as a neighbor or a local post office).

 

  • If you're unable to locate your package, we encourage you to file a lost package report with your local carrier.

 

  • Once the lost package report has been filed, please contact us at support@utensillab.com and we'll be happy to assist with a reshipment if needed. 

 

Additional information:

  • Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high order volume may occur.

 

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. However, we will work with the carrier to assist in resolving delivery issues when possible.
