Shipping Coverage:

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days Monday to Friday (orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day).

 

  • After your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and confirmation of shipment.

 

Shipping Costs & Delivery Time:

  • Shipping cost: $4.99 flat rate for orders under $50. Free shipping on orders over $50.

 

  • Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 7-12 business days after processing (shipments occur Monday to Friday).


Holiday Shipping Notice:

Please note that orders placed during the holiday season may experience delays due to the high volume of requests or limited courier availability. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and assure you that we are doing our best to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

 

Shipping Taxes:

All shipping fees and applicable taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The final price you see before placing your order reflects the total cost of your purchase.


Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received:

If your order appears as "Delivered" in the tracking information, but it hasn't physically reached you yet, here are our recommendations:

  • Check with your local carrier or delivery service to confirm that the package isn't being held or delivered to a different location (such as a neighbor or a local post office).

 

  • If you're unable to locate your package, we encourage you to file a lost package report with your local carrier.

 

  • Once the lost package report has been filed, please contact us at support@utensillab.com and we'll be happy to assist with a reshipment if needed. 

 

Additional information:

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing your order, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses.

 

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays due to customs or carrier issues may occur.

 

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. However, we will work with you and the carrier to find a solution.
