Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.

To process your request, we reserve the right to ask for photo or video evidence of the product and its packaging. This helps us verify the issue and improve our quality control.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and Contact Us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for any other reason (such as a change of mind).

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Exchanges

If you receive an item in the wrong size, different from what you ordered, or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us at support@utensillab.com as soon as you notice the issue.


We will assist you in finding and selecting an alternative item.

Please note that the initial product must be returned in its original condition — unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

Replacement items will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier and our support team so we can help resolve the issue.

We will assist you in investigating the issue, but please note that Utensil Lab is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
