We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition.

Returns are accepted for new items and items that have been lightly handled for inspection purposes only. Products must not show signs of damage, misuse, or excessive wear, and must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and Contact Us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for any other reason (such as a change of mind).

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on: Final Sale Items.

  • Final Sale items are clearly marked on the product page before purchase.

Exchanges

If you receive a wrong item or different from what you ordered, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us at support@utensillab.com as soon as you notice the issue.

We will assist you in finding and selecting an alternative item.

Please note that the initial product must be returned in original condition, with no damage or signs of improper use, and with all original packaging and accessories included.

Replacement items will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier and our support team so we can help resolve the issue.

We will assist you in investigating the issue, but please note that Utensil Lab is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
