2. How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) and arrive within 7–12 business days after processing (we currently offer coverage exclusively in the United States), except during the holiday season, when orders may experience delays. 3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at support@utensillab.com with your order number and details. If you've already received your product and would like to request an exchange or return, please check our Refund Policy
4. What is your return policy?
Excepting the Final Sale Items, we accept returns of unused products within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at support@utensillab.com with the reason for your return. 5. Are your products dishwasher safe?
We indicate in the "Specifications" section of each product whether it is dishwasher safe. If not specified, we recommend hand washing to preserve and prolong the product's quality.

Most of our products that are designed to withstand high temperatures are indeed heat-resistant. If the product is not specified as heat-resistant, please avoid using it at excessive temperatures.
8. How long do your utensils typically last?
With proper care, our utensils are built to last for years. Avoid using them on extremely high heat if they aren't heat-resistant and follow the care instructions.
